The interconnection between studio and control room has evolved over the years. The panel now includes, HDMI, FIREWIRE, MIDI, USB, Speakon. With the advent of V-Control Wireless remote for Pro-Tools, the control port I/O that originally was used to run the 24 Track, is now just a leftover.
